What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form or send us by email: your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give one, and the details of what you want to buy.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, supply the goods and keep the records that follow. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, once you ask for a quote or place an order, steps taken at your request before or under a contract.

Who receives it

Enquiry form messages are passed to us by a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that sends them to our email. We share your details with a supplier or carrier only where needed to source or deliver your order. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purpose above, and order records for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. When neither applies, we delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it. Email us to do so. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
